Job summary

Salesforce's Fin team, now part of Salesforce, seeks a Senior Data Scientist - Growth to drive data-driven decisions in the RAD group. You will analyze usage, design experiments, and surface insights that inform product strategy across the customer journey.

You’ll work with AI tools and SQL, contribute to growth initiatives, and collaborate with Qualitative Research teams to optimize programs and adoption. This role supports a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a data scientist or analyst.
• Excellent communication skills with impact focus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) for data science work.
• Strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve in-product trial experience and conversion by analyzing usage and feedback.
• Design experiments and measure outcomes for signup, trial, and checkout flows.
• Review Startup programs performance to attract right prospects and drive feature adoption.
• Contribute to tooling and infrastructure used by data scientists.
