Zusammenfassung

CMR is seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Planner for our Norway-based projects, with remote UK work and regular travel to Norway (1–2 weeks per month). You will own the integrated schedule, collaborating with workstream leads, and drive schedule performance across major infrastructure programmes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years planning experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, NEC contract familiarity, and strong reporting ability.

Qualifikationen

• Data Centre experience is essential.
• 8+ years planning/scheduling experience on major infra projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills with CPM analysis.
• Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Compensation Events.
• Strong ability to produce clear progress and trend reports for senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Be the client-side Planner responsible for integrating schedules.
• Develop and maintain the integrated P6 schedule with workstream leads.
• Track progress, identify schedule risks and opportunities, and assist mitigation planning.
• Support NEC contract programme reviews, including Compensation Event assessment and delay analysis.
• Produce progress reporting for programme leadership with EVM/Planned vs Actual analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with Cost, Risk and Change Control to align schedule, cost and risk.
• Support governance/tollgate submissions and reporting to the programme board.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across workstreams.
