Job summary

CMR is seeking a Lead/Senior Planner to lead the integration of schedules for data centre projects in Norway. You will manage the end-to-end planning process, collaborating with workstream leads to develop and maintain the integrated Primavera P6 schedule while tracking progress and mitigating delays.

The role requires significant experience with data centres, NEC contract programmes, and advanced reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Data Centre Experience is essential.
• Minimum 8 years' planning/scheduling on major infrastructure or construction programmes.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 – schedule development, maintenance and critical path analysis.
• Experience managing NEC contract programmes (NEC3/NEC4), including Compensation Events and delay analysis.
• Good understanding of MEPH (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) works and sequencing.
• Strong reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) – produce clear progress and trend reports for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication.
• Able to travel 2 weeks a month (travel and accommodation covered).

Responsibilities

• Be the client side Planner responsible for the integration of schedules.
• Develop and maintain the integrated P6 schedule, working closely with workstream leads.
• Track progress, identify schedule risks and opportunities, and support mitigation planning.
• Support NEC contract programme reviews, including Compensation Event assessment and delay analysis.
• Produce progress reporting for programme leadership, including EVM/Planned vs Actual where required.
• Coordinate with Cost, Risk and Change Control to align schedule, cost and risk.
• Support governance/tollgate submissions and reporting to the programme board.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across workstreams.
