Job summary

Soben, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced Planner to deliver robust planning and scheduling across the full Data Centre project lifecycle in Norway. You will collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure programmes are realistic, controlled and aligned with objectives.

As a planning specialist, you will provide clear schedule insight, identify risks and support informed decision‑making across complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• Planning experience within Data Centres.
• Strong Primavera P6 skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining baseline schedules.
• Knowledge of critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with progress measurement and EVM.
• Understanding of change control and reporting.
• Confidence challenging progress information.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• NEC contract knowledge is advantageous.
• A relevant project, construction or engineering qualification is desirable.
• The right to work in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities.

• Monitor progress and forecast future performance.
