  • Own transfer pricing and intercompany pricing structures, including IP licensing arrangements between group entities, in coordination with internal tax resources and external advisors.
  • Lead and coordinate the company's obligations under the Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven), including annual risk assessment, public statement, and supplier due diligence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian accounting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Visma).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Statsautorisert revisor or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an international or multi‑entity software company.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15).
  • Experience with ERP implementation or system migration projects.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package in line with Norwegian market standards.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
  • A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
