Accenture is seeking a driven Strategy Consultant for its CFO & Enterprise Value team in Oslo, Norway. You will lead finance transformation, operating model design, budgeting and forecasting, and automation initiatives including RPA and AI, while ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, Norwegian fluency, and strong English communication skills, with travel to client sites as needed.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering / Management with excellent academic performance
• Strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda (e.g., finance transformation, enterprise performance management, finance operating model, platform transformation) that impacts the finance functions in various organizations
• Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Value Realization Office, Zero-Based, Integrations & Migrations, Finance Transformation, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures
• Exposure to Oil and Gas industry would be an asset, but not required
• Experience from diverse projects and teams
• Fluent in Norwegian and have experience with written and oral presentations in English, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation
• Hands‑on understanding of AI use cases in finance, including forecasting, automation, close acceleration and insights
• Experience supporting AI/RPA and analytics initiatives, with a clear focus on translating technology into CFO‑relevant business value

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Oslo, Norway. Some travel should be expected.
