Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience building low latency trading systems in C++11 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data.
• Proven experience with multi-threaded, performance-sensitive applications.
• Experience with code profiling and tuning under tight latency constraints.
• C++14 experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and build latency-critical components from day one.
• Drive greenfield projects from architecture to release.
• Mentor teammates and contribute technical leadership.
• Work with some of the most modern tools in high‑performance C++ development.
