Job summary

Consortia Group in London seeks a high‑performance C++ Developer to push ultra‑low latency trading systems and smart order routing components. You will design and optimize critical paths and collaborate with market data teams to achieve nanosecond-scale performance.

You’ll own major modules, mentor colleagues, and drive greenfield initiatives from architecture to release using modern C++ tools in a high‑trust environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience building low latency trading systems in C++11 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data.
• Proven experience with multi-threaded, performance-sensitive applications.
• Experience with code profiling and tuning under tight latency constraints.
• C++14 experience is a bonus but not essential.
