Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data center projects from design through handover. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, IT infrastructure, security, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and top-tier quality.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record in Tier III+/hyperscale data centers, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Norwegian, with willingness to travel to Fyresdal, Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or engineering leadership preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CDCP, or ATD are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects from design to handover.
• Develop master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including MEP and IT infrastructure.
