Job summary

CrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time Senior Associate or Associate Principal to join our Power & Infrastructure Advisory Team in London, with primary responsibility for transaction advisory. The role also supports strategic initiatives and advisory work for other industries or regions as needed, contributing to impactful investment in developing markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure M&A, or related fields.
• Fundraising (equity or debt) experience with leadership roles for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with development finance institutions and donor-funded procurements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project and infrastructure finance professionals on execution of advisory engagements.
• Coordinate power and infrastructure mandates and business development across teams worldwide.
• Develop new revenue lines, hiring, capacity building and overall team leadership.
• Represent CrossBoundary’s power and infrastructure team in seminars and conferences for relationship-building and business development.
• Lead BD through opportunity sourcing, donor procurements, and preparing technical/financial proposals.
• Provide project leadership and oversight for transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
• Coordinate with implementation partners on mandates and report progress bi-weekly, quarterly, and annually.
