A leading international law firm headquartered in London is seeking an Employment Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its London team. The role spans contentious and advisory work with cross-border opportunities across Europe.

You will engage directly with clients, handle complex disputes, investigations, and advisory matters, contributing to a strong employment practice within a pan-European platform.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 3–6 years PQE in respondent-side employment law.
• Solid grounding in restructuring, investigations and litigation.
• Strong drafting and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex workplace disputes and ET3 preparation.
• Contribute to advisory work across disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE and exits.
• Support cross-border matters with the European employment network.
• Direct client interaction with senior lawyers and meetings.
