HMH in Kristiansand, Norway, is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to bridge engineering, commercial teams, and customers. As a Senior Application Engineer, you will act as an important link between engineering, commercial teams, and customers. You will help translate technical needs into strong commercial and technical solutions, supporting sales activities, tenders, quotations, product documentation, and customer clarifications.
You will work closely with the Aftermarket and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, develop quotations with solution descriptions and cost calculations, and provide technical support and advice to key account managers and clients. You will also contribute to project start-up activities, support innovation and business case development when needed, and help maintain standard product libraries as a basis for effective quoting processes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers, sales, and business understanding. You will have the opportunity to develop broader product, system, market, and multi-discipline knowledge while working closely with both technical and commercial colleagues.
