Job summary

The Independent Schools Council is seeking a part-time School Administrator/PA to support the running of two autism centres, nurseries and a school. The role is 20 hours per week with negotiable days and in-person work.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar role, with skills in EHCP paperwork, scheduling, invoicing, marketing and event planning. Not-for-profit experience is highly beneficial for fundraising and grant activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience monitoring EHCP paperwork, scheduling, invoicing, marketing and event planning.
  • Experience in not-for-profit organisations would be highly beneficial.

Job description

We are looking for a part time School

Administrator /PA to support the running of our 2 busy autism centres/ nurseries and School.

This post is for 20 hours per week (days can be negotiable.)

Candidates should be strong communicators with energy and initiative. Additionally all applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and skills in monitoring EHCP paperwork, scheduling, invoicing, marketing and event planning. Experience in not for profit organisations would be highly beneficial as some support will be required to help plan and organise fundraising events and grant applications in line with our charitable status.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
