The role requires coordinating across business, SAP, integration, and satellite teams, with strong emphasis on cutover strategy, risk management, and dress rehearsals.

Responsibilities include leading mock cutovers, go-live simulations, and the handover to hypercare, while managing 24/7 command centre during the weekend

Qualifications

• Lead and approve the cutover strategy for SAP system conversion.
• Coordinate cutover activities across business teams and SAP domains.
• Manage cutover risks, issues, go/no-go criteria, escalations, and rollback planning.
• Lead cutover execution during go-live and handover to hypercare.
• Lead mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and end-to-end go-live simulations.
• Proven experience as a Cutover Lead for large SAP go-live projects.
• Experience with go/no-go criteria, escalation management, and rollback planning.
• Coordinate teams across business, functional, technical, integration, and satellite apps.

Responsibilities
