Head Energy Group is seeking an experienced Application Service Manager to support and enhance the operation and development of our ERP landscape. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable operations, efficient service delivery, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. Focus on SAP applications lifecycle, governance, and incident coordination in a diverse stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in application service management and SAP applications lifecycle.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of governance, change processes and access management.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of SAP applications including maintenance, enhancements and upgrades.
• Plan and coordinate application-related activities and prioritise tasks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
• Support governance, change processes and incident coordination.
• Communicate system changes, releases and updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent service delivery.
