Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a senior Lead to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and brownfield conversion programs. You will manage end-to-end governance, SAP delivery oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.

Required are 10+ years in project/program management, strong SAP expertise across S/4HANA and ECC, and proven leadership in complex migrations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Experience with brownfield conversion projects
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade and transformation programs
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor program performance
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT
• Primary contact for executive stakeholders
• SAP delivery oversight across SAP and non-SAP integrations
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/4HANA, BTP

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and brownfield programs
• Drive stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence
• Provide end-to-end governance and SAP delivery oversight
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional heads, and IT teams
