Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking an experienced Application Service Manager to support and enhance the operation and development of our ERP landscape. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable operations, efficient service delivery, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.

The role involves governance and change management, incident coordination, and ensuring access management and security compliance across SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within IT, business, or similar.
• Proven experience with SAP application management and understanding of key SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of IT landscapes, including system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance operation and development of ERP landscape.
• Coordinate application-related activities and prioritise tasks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
• Support governance and change processes and communicate system changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and follow-up activities.
