Job summary

Wella Operations US LLC is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive the professional salon business across the Oslo area, covering Halden to Hamar. You will manage an established portfolio while identifying and winning new opportunities in a field-based role.

You will build strong relationships with salon customers, expand existing accounts, and meet annual acquisition targets, leveraging the Wella portfolio to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B field sales or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of salon customers in the Oslo area (Halden to Hamar).
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts within the Wella portfolio.
• Proactively prospect and develop new salon customers across the territory.
• Deliver against an annual target of new customer acquisitions.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits and commercial activities across the territory.
