Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and scaling of autonomous fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure safety protocols, and safely intervene as needed.

Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior autonomous vehicle experience is required. The role involves operating during testing, pilot programs, and commercial robotaxi services across European cities, with a focus on safety, compliance, and data collection to support

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system with awareness of surrounding traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes in compliance with local traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Report damage, abnormal vehicle behavior, or maintenance concerns to depot and technical teams.
• Record disengagements and provide structured feedback to engineering teams.
