Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of AV and robotaxi fleets across Europe. This role requires calm, high situational awareness, and strict adherence to procedures; training will be provided for autonomous driving systems and safety protocols.

As part of the operations team, you will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and contribute to data collection and reporting to

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the performance of the self-driving system with traffic awareness.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while complying with local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment-readiness.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, and critical systems.
• Report damage or abnormal vehicle behavior to depot/technical teams.
• Record disengagements and observations using company tools.
• Provide structured feedback on vehicle behavior and traffic conditions.
• Assist engineering teams by documenting scenarios to improve ADAS performance.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public during AV testing.
