Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated.
• Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members.
• Brand Knowledge & the ability to represent the brands attributes.
• Commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business.
• Experience in networking & building relationships.
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
• Willingness to constantly learn & develop.
• Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
• Communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule employee shifts and assign duties.
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Resolve conflicts between workers.
• Help to improve foster and maintain a positive work environment.
• Supporting/managing store opening/closing processes.
