Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Key Leader to guide Educators, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily store operations. You will use KPIs to prioritize tasks, lead by example, and adapt to changing business needs on the shop floor.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth omnichannel and in-store processes while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation as required (EMEA).
• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide salesfloor leadership to team members, planning coverage and ensuring efficient store operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by coaching Educators and supporting omnichannel programs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store performance.
• Review business data and metrics to gauge progress toward goals.
• Lead by example, maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
