Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Oslo is seeking a store Key Leader to drive the guest experience and oversee daily operations on the sales floor. You will lead Educators, guide coaching, and ensure a welcoming, high-performance environment that reflects our brand values.

You will analyze store metrics, manage omnichannel initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver consistent service while maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to travel to the assigned store.
• Retail leadership experience preferred; willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members, provide feedback and career development.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and manage omnichannel programs.
• Foster inclusive team environment and collaborate to optimize guest service.
• Open/close store per procedures and manage product presentation.
• Assign tasks to Educators and monitor store safety and operations.
