Retailors Norway AS is seeking a Back of House Athlete (sales associate) for Nike stores in Oslo. The role focuses on maintaining an organized stockroom, processing deliveries, replenishment, and supporting the visual merchandising team to keep products available on the sales floor.

You will work 25 hours per week with weekend flexibility, supporting smooth behind-the-scenes store operations and helping bring the Nike brand to life in-store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized Back of House area to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, count cartons, verify shipments, and report discrepancies or damages.
• Follow PRE (Product Receiving Excellence) standards and BOH processes.
• Support efficient replenishment and ensure product availability for the sales team.
• Process transfers and returns to vendor (RTV) accurately.
• Assist the Visual Merchandising team in preparing products for the sales floor.
• Use store systems and technology to support operational efficiency.
• Execute promotions, markdowns, and seasonal transitions on time.
• Identify challenges and communicate solutions to management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Back of House (BOH) area to ensure smooth operations throughout the year.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, count cartons, and verify shipments against freight documentation, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Follow PRE (Product Receiving Excellence) standards and consistently adhere to BOH processes.
• Support efficient replenishment and help ensure product availability for the sales team.
• Process transfers and returns to vendor (RTV) accurately and reliably.
• Assist the Visual Merchandising team in preparing products for the sales floor.
• Confidently use store systems and technology to support operational efficiency.
• Execute promotions, markdowns, and seasonal transitions on time.
• Identify challenges proactively and communicate solutions and feedback to management.
