Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Oslo is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team, driving guest experience and supporting Educators. You will oversee daily operations on the retail floor, lead by example, and use KPIs to prioritize tasks while adapting to daily challenges.

The role focuses on leading by example, coaching performance, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across omnichannel programs including buy online/pickup in store and ship-from-store.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide salesfloor leadership to team members and plan coverage for an efficient guest experience.
• Deliver technical product education and assist in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Review data and metrics to evaluate progress and adjust as needed.
• Open and close the store per checklists and maintain product presentation to standards.
• Lead Educators and support career development and performance documentation.
