• Communicate store performance and KPIs to the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Follow up on performance and KPI trends and take action.
• Ensure merchandising standards, operating standards, and controllable costs are managed effectively.
• Develop and implement store planning and staff development programmes to drive sales and profitability.
• Aim to exceed sales and profit budgets and optimize customer conversion.
