This role requires flexible hours including weekends and legal eligibility to work in Norway.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in budgeting cost control and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to legally work in Norway.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including managing staff ensuring customer satisfaction and driving profits
