• Data-driven performance marketing leadership required.
• Hands-on PPC and Affiliate management experience.
• Forecasting, budgeting and ROI optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPC and Affiliate Managers and set KPIs.
• Own acquisition strategy and budget allocation across channels.
• Oversee PPC campaigns, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Negotiate partnerships and expand traffic sources.
• Develop and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback periods.
