You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with relocation support to Barcelona and exposure to AI-powered workflows and CRM-driven outreach.

Qualifications

• 20+ months experience in sales, marketing or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with targets, presentations and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
