Growth Agency, based in Norway, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer to own paid advertising for DTC brands. You will plan, execute, test, and optimize campaigns across all Google Ads formats, focusing on actual profitability and growth rather than vanity metrics.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong English communication, and a growth mindset. Expect a remote-friendly, performance-driven environment with EU time-zone alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally for DTC eCommerce.
• Fluent English for professional client/internal communication.
• Profit-focused advertising strategy understanding beyond ROAS.
• Experience with Google Ads formats: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Interest in GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, budgets, client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies aimed at sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize feeds with the feed management specialist for efficiency.
• Conduct ad copy testing and contribute to testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond in-platform metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability for tangible business outcomes.
• Communicate developments and insights to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain strategy notes, solicit feedback, and deepen knowledge continuously.
• Own results and refine approaches through experimentation and data analysis.
