Job summary

COWI Norway is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to ensure reliable parking and tolling IT solutions, handle customer relationships, and drive continuous improvements.

You will join the Information Systems team of 15 professionals, collaborating with product management, support, and developers to enhance customer value and system performance in a hybrid office setting in Fredrikstad.

• Experience in service delivery or customer-facing roles with digital products
• Understanding of digital solutions for municipalities and public sector organizations
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable service delivery for parking customers by overseeing operations, managing commitments and driving improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build trusted relationships
• Coordinate support and improvements with product teams, support, developers and architects
• Ensure service delivery aligns with agreements, SLAs and contracts
• Contribute to the long‑term development of services with product management, architects and development teams
• Manage financials, invoicing, change orders and profitability for assigned customers
• Identify risks and implement measures to ensure stable service delivery
• Plan migrations to new platforms and coordinate stakeholder alignment
• Ensure effective coordination between customers, support, development, operations and external partners
