Job summary

DataForce is seeking a remote Scheduler to coordinate recording sessions for a Bergen, Norway project. You will contact potential participants via phone or email, screen eligibility, and schedule sessions while managing reminders and updates.

This is a freelance/independent contractor role with a 6–8 week duration and a flexible daily commitment. Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian Nynorsk, comfortable with CET, and capable of data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Norwegian Nynorsk required.
• Ability to work within CET time zone.
• Flexibility in scheduling for project needs.
• Proficient data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
• Excellent communication and customer service across phone, email and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Validate candidates via phone according to project requirements.
• Check candidate availability for the project.
• Answer candidates' questions.
• Provide logistical information to participants.
• Schedule candidates for session times.
• Send reminders to participants to reduce no-shows.
• Fill the session schedule days in advance.
• Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team.
