This is a freelance/independent contractor role with a 6–8 week duration and a flexible daily commitment. Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian Nynorsk, comfortable with CET, and capable of data entry and reporting.

Remote Scheduler - Norwegian Nynorsk

Work Location: Remote.

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor.

Expected Work Schedule: ca. 4-8 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Expected Start Date: First week of Sep. 2026.

Work Summary

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Bergen, Norway. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met. Schedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. Schedulers are also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows. The remote scheduler is the first point of contact between our team and study participants.

Work Responsibilities

• Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
