Job summary

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely from Bergen, Norway, to schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project.

You will contact participants by phone or email, screen them, arrange sessions by availability, and send reminders to minimize no-shows while meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Norwegian Nynorsk, can adapt to CET, and has strong data-entry skills to produce schedules and reports.

Work Summary

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Bergen, Norway. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

Schedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. Schedulers are also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows. The remote scheduler is the first point of contact between our team and study participants.

Work Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in Norwegian Nynorsk
• Can adapt to the CET time zone
• Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
• Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve
• Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Experience working in a team
