Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-based organization, seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal based in Norway to support a U.S. law firm remotely. The role covers intake, evidence gathering, settlement negotiations, and litigation prep across the full case lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years paralegal work, 2+ years in US PI, strong doc management, and experience with AI tools and cloud-based systems. Flexible full- or part-time remote work during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional paralegal experience.
At least 2 years as a personal injury paralegal for a US law firm.
Strong knowledge of US plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
Experience obtaining and organizing medical records and insurance docs.
Experience preparing settlement demands and processes.
Excellent client communications and professional tone.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side PI cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
Conduct client intake and gather accident, injury, insurance, employment, and medical history data.
Request and organize medical records, bills, police and insurance documents.
Maintain client communications about treatment, progress, and milestones.
Coordinate with medical providers, adjusters, opposing counsel, and experts.
Prepare settlement demands, documentation, and case summaries.
Track treatment, liens, and settlement activity; monitor deadlines.
Assist with lien resolution and payoff statements.
Draft pleadings, discovery, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation docs.
Support deposition, mediation, hearings, and trial prep with exhibits and records.
