Jobgether is partnering with a Norway-based travel tech company seeking a hands-on Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails, AI-Native). The role is remote and part-time (about 4–5 hours per day, Mon–Fri).

You will shape engineering culture, set technical standards, mentor four developers across multiple time zones, and guide AI-enabled development. Leadership focus, not heavy coding, with flexible UK-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional software experience.
• 6+ years production Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering culture and standards.
• Lead architectural and technical decisions for scalable solutions.
• Mentor a team of four developers across countries.
