Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role offers €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance-based bonus of up to 20% and a relocation package including 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee.

Responsibilities include providing customer support via phone, email, and chat; handling orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns;

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level is required.
• English at B2-C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
