Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece on a remote basis. You will work in a fully remote role, with Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1 depending on the project, and receive €1,300 gross per month paid over 14 months plus a bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month.

A relocation package includes hotel accommodation and flight support.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language level C1/C2.
• English level B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
