Job summary

LearnPro Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead finance-led projects and system integrations across the business. You will work directly with Sales, Operations, IT and other teams to get things done, not just oversee them.

You’ll own a live portfolio of projects including integrating HubSpot and NetSuite with the Sales team, completing finance integration for recently acquired businesses after due diligence, and driving the R&D tax credit process to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years delivering finance or systems projects end-to-end.
• Experience with CRM–ERP integrations, ideally HubSpot–NetSuite.
• Exposure to M&A finance integration and payroll considerations.
• Knowledge of R&D tax credit claims and processing with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary project lead for allocated projects and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and IT to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Facilitate working sessions and document decisions for action.
