Job summary

Greenstep is seeking a NetSuite Financial Consultant to join its NetSuite Team. You will work with client teams on new implementation projects, help optimize accounting processes, and tailor NetSuite to each client’s needs while maintaining a reliable system and ensuring successful deployments.

You’ll collaborate with auditors and finance stakeholders across multi-client engagements, provide go-live support, deliver demonstrations and training, and identify opportunities for process

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting and financial processes experience with NetSuite.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and multi-client environments.
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement NetSuite with client teams on new projects.
• Configure and validate NetSuite functionalities per project methodology.
• Integrate supporting systems and migrate historical data.
• Provide go-live support and participate in deployment activities.
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and ongoing client support.
