Job summary

ConnectionPlus seeks a capable Operations & Administration Lead to oversee finance, IT, risk, and general administration. You will manage back-office vendors, coordinate budgets, and ensure processes align with our mission.

In this part-time role you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership, support policy development, and drive scalable, reliable systems across the organization. This is a remote-friendly position in Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an administrative-related field (nonprofit management, finance, business, etc.).
• 5-7 years’ experience in finance operations, nonprofit preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Asana.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit administration, risk management, contract review, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own back-office operations including finance, IT, risk, and general administration to support organizational mission and growth.
• Manage outsourced vendors (Finance, IT, HR) and oversee scopes of work, renewals, and expansions.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership; coordinate audits and compliance activities.
• Oversee office administration, contracts, policies, and risk mitigation across departments.
• Coordinate organizational systems (IT platforms, finance systems, CRM) and ensure security and scalability.
• Provide strategic administrative support to department leaders and manage special projects.
