Job summary

Odfjell Technology seeks a Solution Lead Finance & Project to own the IFS Finance & Project modules, ensuring robust daily operations across three companies. You will collaborate with finance disciplines, lead upgrades, and guide Manila-based admins while shaping future ERP direction.

The role blends finance and technology, requiring strong cross-disciplinary communication and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; location can be Bergen or Stavanger.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of finance processes with systems experience.
• Minimum 5 years of finance-related work experience.
• Experience with ERP systems at admin or super-user level.
• Ability to drive initiatives and coordinate work.
• Understand how finance processes translate into ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, maintenance, development of IFS Finance & Project modules.
• Lead upgrades and changes with testing and documentation.
• Provide effective support with suppliers and partners.
• Work with finance to translate needs into solutions.
• Ensure finance data supports reliable reporting.
• Plan and follow up work of System Administrators in Manila.
• Share knowledge and enable super-users across companies.
• Maintain user access controls and audit/compliance.
• Contribute to ERP direction and move toward IFS Cloud.
