Packsify LLC is seeking a Community & Partner Manager to own our Discord communities and the Alliance Dashboard. This hands-on role focuses on growth, engagement, and partnerships, working closely with creators and players in a fully remote team.

You will host events, connect with partners, and translate community feedback into value for players. The role emphasizes practical, day-to-day ownership rather than strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in gaming, web3, or creator communities.
• You personally owned growth and engagement for a community, including events and campaigns.
• You have worked directly with creators, streamers, guild or alliance leaders, or partners.
• Strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Grow our two Discord communities day to day and keep them genuinely useful and worth showing up to.
• Grow the Alliance Dashboard and manage partner relationships to deliver value for communities.
• Be the first point of contact for growth questions in Discord and DMs.
• Turn wins into stories with the content lead and run simple community campaigns.
