Job summary

11th House seeks a motivated team member to help build, scale, and improve Launchist. You’ll work with a collaborative, remote-friendly team and contribute to a fast-growing product used by modern SaaS teams worldwide.

You’ll collaborate across departments, own tasks end-to-end, communicate proactively in a remote-first setup, and continuously learn to enhance the product and your craft, while fostering a culture of simplicity and transparency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent self-driven experience.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with modern tools in your area (design, dev, ops, etc.).
• Willingness to take ownership and figure things out.
