Scrambly S.r.l. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee advertiser campaigns, perform technical setup, and optimize toward KPIs.

You will lead B2B communications and collaborate with partners across the gaming and mobile advertising space. You will act as the primary contact for advertisers, discussing marketing strategies and handling day-to-day communication while improving campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or similar roles.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Solid analytical skills with comfort handling numbers and data.
• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for learning and growth.
• Proficient in English (B2+), Chinese native speaker.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and manage data sets to optimize multi-reward campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaign success
• Communicate effectively with advertisers to identify opportunities and enhance partnerships
• Onboard new advertisers
• Assess the competitive landscape and find ways to increase revenue
• Provide regular project updates and address challenges as they arise
