Job summary

Six Robotics, based in Oslo, is seeking a dedicated Release Manager to own the end-to-end release process. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Testing, and Operations to ensure quarterly releases are realistically scoped and on schedule.

The role sits within Engineering and requires strong collaboration with CTO, VP Engineering, and Team Leads. You will drive dependencies across teams, manage risks, and create visibility for leadership.

Qualifications

• Efficient and clear communicator.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience coordinating development across multiple teams in a Software or Product environment.
• An engineering or computer science background, ideally from software or combined hardware/software environments.
• Solid technical understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, development and testing environments, and confidence working in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own the release end to end: Plan and run our quarterly public releases, from scoping to handover to Operations and Mission Readiness.
