Six Robotics, based in Oslo, is seeking a dedicated Release Manager to own quarterly releases from planning to handover. You will bridge Product and Engineering while coordinating across design, testing, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will formalize release processes, improve visibility, and drive risk mitigation as the company scales. The role emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of relevant experience, e.g., as a technical project manager or release manager.
• Engineering or computer science background.
• Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD, testing environments, and modern software delivery; confident with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own the release end to end.
• Turn requirements into scoped, achievable delivery plans.
• Map and drive inter-team dependencies across engineering, design, and testing.
• Run the execution rhythm with status meetings and action plans.
• Manage risks and trade-offs, escalating when needed.
• Create visibility and scalable release processes for leadership and teams.
