Job summary

Planet is seeking a customer service role at Oslo Gardermoen Airport to deliver tax-free refund services and assist guests with transactional processes. You will provide a consistent, high-quality service and follow company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role overview

The delivery of tourist tax-free shopping refund services and first level support during transaction processes, providing a consistent and professional level of service in line with company policies and procedures. Role is located at Oslo Gardermoen Airport.

What you will do
