CxS Nordics is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to own and improve the company’s quality and regulatory framework. The role spans ISO standards, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with management, engineers and project teams in a fast-moving technical environment to translate regulatory requirements into practical, workload-ready processes.

Formación

• 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or similar.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management System and related processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on findings.
• Manage regulatory compliance, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Lead post-project reviews and translate findings into improved procedures.
• Deliver quality and compliance training across the organization.
• Report on quality performance, compliance, risks and metrics to senior management.
