Job summary

CxS Nordics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support our technical teams and play a key role in growing our operations across complex commissioning projects. You will have line management responsibility for Commissioning Managers, Commissioning Leads and Commissioning Technicians, overseeing projects from start to final handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating technical personnel (electricians, technicians, engineers).
• Strong resource planning, staffing and operational coordination.
• Experience from electrical, technical service, commissioning or construction environments.
• Experience using project management tools and Office 365.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Exposure to data center and critical infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a defined team of Commissioning Managers, Commissioning Leads and Commissioning Technicians.
• Plan and coordinate resources across projects, including rotation schedules and vacations.
• Oversee projects from start to final handover with focus on staffing and service delivery.
• Support recruitment and interviewing of technical personnel with the COO.
• Travel to project locations as required.
